...........and I feel like my face is full of hot sand ALL the time. I also get varying reflex response levels, like how we spoke. Sometimes the episode can be very fierce and sometimes more mild, but i can hold it back now. I get the tongue thing, too. It's more of a sensation that my tongue is massive.
